What data this website collects, which third-party services are involved and how cookies are used.

2. Cookies set by this website
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. Our own pages do not set any cookies: there are no login sessions, no preference cookies and no tracking identifiers. If this changes in future (for example if we add analytics), we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set.
3. Third-party services that may set cookies
Some parts of the site are loaded from third-party servers. When your browser requests these resources, the provider receives your IP address and standard request headers, and may set or read its own cookies under its own privacy policy:

If you prefer not to load the embedded map, you can block third-party content in your browser settings; the rest of the site works without it.
4. Data collected through the contact form
When you submit the contact form we collect the following and send it to our mailbox by email:
- full name (required)
- email address (required)
- company and phone number (optional)
- subject and message (required)
- your confirmation that you have read the privacy policy
The form also contains a hidden "honeypot" field that people never see. Automated bots tend to fill it in, which lets us discard spam without asking you to solve a CAPTCHA. No behavioural or fingerprinting data is collected.
Submissions are not stored in a database on the website. They exist only as email in our mailbox and in the delivery logs of our email provider, where they are retained as described in the Privacy policy.
5. Server logs
Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information about each request: IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page, browser type and operating system. These logs are used only to keep the site secure and available, are not combined with the details you submit through the form, and are deleted by the provider after a short retention period.
6. Local storage
The website does not use browser local storage or session storage.
7. Your choices
- You can browse the entire website without submitting any personal data.
- You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because we set none, this will not affect how the site works.
- You can ask us to delete any enquiry you have sent by emailing info@pioneerpharma-uae.com.
8. Changes to this page
If we add any new service that collects data or sets cookies, we will update this page before it goes live and note the change with a new "last updated" date.
