How Pioneer Pharma collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through this website.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Pioneer Pharma ("Pioneer Pharma", "we", "us"), a pharmaceutical consultancy based at WestBurry Office Tower 1, 3rd Floor, Invox Business Center, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We are the controller of the personal data collected through this website. Questions about this policy or about your personal data can be sent to info@pioneerpharma-uae.com.
We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL") and, where it applies to visitors from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
2. What personal data we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run this website and respond to you.

3. Why we process your data and on what basis
- Responding to your enquiry. When you contact us, we process your details with your consent (you confirm this when you submit the form) and because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Running the website securely. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website available, secure and free from abuse.
- Complying with the law. We may keep records where a legal or regulatory obligation requires it.
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run this website and communicate with you:
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website and runs the function that processes the contact form. Vercel may process technical data such as your IP address in the course of serving the site.
- Resend (Resend, Inc.) delivers contact form submissions to our mailbox as email. The content of your message passes through Resend's systems for delivery.
- Google LLC serves the embedded map on the contact page and the web fonts used across the site. Your browser connects to Google's servers to load these resources.
- Our email provider, where your enquiry is received and stored.
These providers act on our instructions and are bound by their own privacy commitments. We may also disclose data where required by law, a court order or a competent authority.
5. International transfers
Our service providers operate globally, so your data may be stored or processed outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on the providers' contractual safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect transferred data.
6. How long we keep your data
- Contact form submissions and email correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then for up to 24 months so we can refer back to the conversation, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Technical server logs are held by our hosting provider for a short period for security purposes.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- restrict or object to our processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office or, for EEA/UK residents, your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@pioneerpharma-uae.com. We will respond within one month and may ask you to verify your identity first.
8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are transmitted to our email service over encrypted connections, and access to our mailboxes is restricted to authorised staff. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
9. Children
This website is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Links to other websites
Our website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
